We have obtained settlements and a multi-million dollar judgment (Federal False Claims Act case) for whistleblowers who reported or refused illegal activity at their workplace.

In 2001, Brian won a Federal District Court judgment, after a jury trial, of $2.4 million, plus attorney fees and costs, for a nursing home manager who was fired when he reported Medicaid fraud. The jury agreed with the manager, and found that a conglomerate of nursing homes and group homes had committed 11 different varieties of Medicaid fraud.

In January, 2001, he won a jury trial verdict of $400,000 for a young lady who was a victim of medical negligence in a gynecological procedure.

In the spring of 2001, he gained a $550,000 settlement in a wrongful death case for a Minnesota widow whose husband died in his sleep from carbon monoxide at a remote moose hunting cabin in Canada.

Later in 2001, Brian completed $3 million of settlements for a car accident victim who suffered multiple fractures and internal injuries in a car crash.

Cases are handled for adults and children on accidental, serious injury or death involving vehicles, hit-and-run or uninsured drivers, bad products, bad falls, dog attacks, aviation, medical negligence, brain, spinal and other catastrophic injuries.
